All ticket prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds. All purchases are made in Egyptian Pounds. Your bank might charge you for a currency conversion if you are buying from a country other than Egypt.

Payment Methods

Tickets can be purchased online using a valid Visa or MasterCard or Valu or the specified E-Wallets only. Your bank might charge you an additional fee if you are using an international card, which insomniagamingegypt.com is not liable for.

Order Confirmation

Once you have submitted all required payment information online and your ticket purchase is successful, you will see the "Order Received" page. You will also receive an Order Confirmation Email to your billing email account. Your e-tickets will be sent via email to the attendees email addresses you supply as the ticket holder info on the online booking form. If you do not find your Order Confirmation or your e-tickets in your inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. To avoid our emails being marked as junk, please add our "From" email address to your Address Book.

The information contained on your Order Confirmation and e-tickets is important and you should keep it safe.

If you do not receive an Order Confirmation with e-tickets (in the form of an Order Confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information (but especially if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information), it is your responsibility to confirm with insomniagamingegypt.com on the following email address (tickets@bme-global.com) to confirm that your order has been placed. If it has, we will ensure you get your Order Confirmation with your e-tickets. If we confirm that the order was not placed, you may safely reorder online.

insomniagamingegypt.com is not responsible for any loss you may incur if you fail to confirm with us before the event and in due time to remedy the situation.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once you make your final selection and purchase your tickets, insomniagamingegypt.com will not allow exchanges or refunds for any reason. By making your purchase, you agree to this condition. Please carefully review your order before you make the payment.

Once you have your tickets, keep them safe. The above condition of sale means that lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets, or tickets claimed to be not delivered/not received, cannot be replaced or refunded and you may not gain admittance to the event.

By purchasing the ticket, you agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid or circumvent the above condition of sale in any way. You also agree that you will not contact insomniagamingegypt.com to seek a refund, return or exchange. Nor will you dispute or otherwise seek a "chargeback" from the credit card company used to make the purchase. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled and insomniagamingegypt.com may, in its sole discretion, take any measures necessary to ensure that any pending ticket sales are cancelled and that you are prevented from buying tickets in the future.

Cancelled and Postponed Events

Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed. Special conditions will apply in such cases. These conditions vary from one event to another. insomniagamingegypt.com will attempt to contact you either by phone or email to explain the procedures and conditions required for a refund or exchange if it is due. When we contact you, we will use the contact details you provided at the time of booking. To get any refund or exchange due you must adhere to the procedures and conditions.

Delivery charges, order processing charges, and other bank charges associated with your credit card are not refundable.

insomniagamingegypt.com will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.

Event Ticket Terms and Conditions

Each event has its own set of Terms and Conditions for the sale of tickets. We strongly advise that you check the event's Terms and Conditions before purchasing your tickets. What follows is commonly included:

• The organisers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly.
• You agree not to record or transmit, or aid in recording or transmitting, any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event. You agree that the event for which you purchase tickets is a public event, that your appearance and actions inside and outside the venue where the event occurs are public in nature, and that you have no expectation of privacy with regard to your actions or conduct at the event.
• You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation.
• It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that they meet any age restrictions set by the organisers. No refunds will be made to purchasers who are refused entry due to not meeting the age limit.
• Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.

Ticket Authenticity and 3rd Party Re-sellers

insomniagamingegypt.com does not guarantee ticket authenticity if the ticket/s have not been purchased at official selling points. insomniagamingegypt.com does not accept responsibility for the loss and/or theft of tickets. The ticket holder or the person whose name the ticket is in, accepts all responsibilities if a photocopied or forged duplicate of the ticket is presented, and therefore loses all rights provided by the ticket to attend the event in question. The first ticket presented and validated by its code will be valid only. Any other ticket with the same code presented will be invalid and entrance to the event will not be granted. Resale of tickets is forbidden.

Unlawful resale (or attempted resale), counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the organisers, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of insomniagamingegypt.com trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to insomniagamingegypt.com consent.

Ticket Use & Entry

Each ticket contains a unique QR code valid for one (1) entry only. Once scanned, the ticket becomes invalid for re-entry unless otherwise permitted by the organiser. Tickets must be treated as cash or a valuable document. Lost, stolen, damaged, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced.

Any unauthorised duplication, resale, attempted resale, or commercial use of this ticket may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket offered for resale or used for commercial gain.

Age Policy

• Children under 5 years enter free of charge.
• Children under 10 years must be accompanied by a paying adult ticket holder at all times.
• No attendees under 10 years are permitted to participate in tournaments or competitive activities.
• The organiser may require a valid original national ID or official proof of age and may deny entry if age requirements are not met.
• Parents or legal guardians are solely responsible for the supervision, safety, and conduct of minors attending the event. The organiser accepts no responsibility for minors left unattended.

General Terms of Attendance

By purchasing or using this ticket, the ticket holder agrees to comply with:

• These Terms & Conditions
• All event rules, tournament rules, venue regulations, safety instructions, and organiser announcements
• Any additional reasonable conditions imposed before or during the event

All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable law. Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes without the organiser's prior written approval.

The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any ticket holder, without refund, if the ticket holder:

• Fails to meet age requirements
• Cannot present valid original identification when requested
• Is deemed, in the organiser's sole discretion, to pose a security, safety, operational, or reputational risk

The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the event date, time, venue, programme, and age restrictions. Late entry may be refused at the organiser's discretion, and no refund or compensation shall be provided.

Security, Safety & Venue Rules

All attendees must comply with health and safety regulations, venue rules, and instructions issued by event staff, organisers, or security personnel at any time.

The organiser reserves the right to search attendees and their belongings upon entry or inside the venue. Prohibited, restricted, or dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item deemed to pose a risk or disrupt the event may be removed without liability.

Professional cameras, video cameras, drones, or recording equipment are not permitted without prior written approval. Mobile phone photography for personal use is permitted unless otherwise restricted.

The organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry or eject any person whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, offensive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.

Personal Property

The organiser is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including but not limited to mobile phones, bags, gaming equipment, or merchandise, whether inside or outside the venue.

Alcohol / Substances / Prohibited Behaviour

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any attendee found in violation will be removed immediately and may be reported to authorities. Alcohol consumption is prohibited.

Event Content, Tournaments & Activations

The organiser reserves the right to alter, modify, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event, including but not limited to:

• Event programme and schedules
• Tournaments, competitions, game titles, and formats
• Performers, creators, speakers, and brand activations

Such changes shall not entitle the ticket holder to any refund or compensation.

Participation in tournaments and competitions is subject to separate published rules. The organiser's decisions regarding gameplay, scoring, disqualification, prizes, and outcomes are final and binding. Technical issues, device failure, internet disruption, or force majeure shall not give rise to claims or compensation.

Giveaways, prizes, and brand activations are subject to availability and partner-specific terms. The organiser is not responsible for fulfilment delays, substitutions, or changes imposed by third-party partners.

Media, Data & Property

By attending the event, the ticket holder irrevocably consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Such materials may be used worldwide, in perpetuity, across all media platforms for marketing, promotional, broadcast, and archival purposes, without compensation.

The organiser shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property, including but not limited to phones, bags, gaming equipment, or merchandise, whether inside or outside the venue.

By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to receive event-related communications, including operational updates and marketing messages, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data will not be sold to third parties.

Force Majeure

The organiser shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, modification, rescheduling, or cancellation of the event (in whole or in part) due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, security concerns, power or internet outages, public health emergencies, or force majeure events. In such cases, tickets shall remain valid for a rescheduled date or otherwise handled at the organiser's discretion.

Re-Entry & Final Provisions

Re-entry is not guaranteed. Once an attendee exits the venue, re-entry may be refused at the organiser's sole discretion.

The organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be published on official event channels and shall apply immediately.

Accessibility Disclaimer

While reasonable efforts are made to accommodate accessibility needs, some areas or activities may have physical, technical, or safety limitations. The organiser does not guarantee full accessibility to all areas of the event.
